You can now complete a referral form for people in need of a starter pack. This must be completed in conjunction
with the existing referral form on the "Social Service Referral" page within this site. This additional form
is required to ensure the right request goes to the right place. Full policy details are available on that page too.
But the same rule applies in that the client must contact us to arrange delivery. Unlike furniture, it is not possible
for items to be handpicked, however, they will be collated by Starter Packs volunteers from their stock of donated items based
on the information provided. The pack will be delivered at the same time as the client's furniture.
